● Pricing and fees associated with FalconSMMPanel are subject to adjustment at our discretion without prior notice; however, terms remain binding despite any alterations in rates.
● FalconSMMPanel does not guarantee a specific delivery timeframe for services, as it is contingent upon order magnitude. We provide an estimate, which is non-binding; orders in processing will not qualify for refunds due to perceived delays.
● FalconSMMPanel reserves the right to modify service types when deemed necessary to complete an order, ensuring the closest possible adherence to reseller expectations.
● While FalconSMMPanel endeavors to fulfill service quotas as specified, any platform updates may affect drop rates and guarantee policies. FalconSMMPanel is absolved of responsibility for such external changes.

Refund Policy
Funds deposited with FalconSMMPanel are irrevocable. Once credited, reversal or refund to your payment method is prohibited. The balance must be applied to services offered by FalconSMMPanel.
By completing a payment, you waive any right to initiate disputes or chargebacks against us. Filing a chargeback will lead to the termination of future services and may trigger legal proceedings. Additionally, we reserve the right to withdraw any delivered followers, likes, or engagements from your account or your client’s accounts.
Orders placed on FalconSMMPanel are non-refundable and non-cancelable after placement. Only in cases of non-delivery will a credit refund be applied to your FalconSMMPanel account.
Orders placed on private accounts, incorrect URLs, or for accounts with prior significant engagement (e.g., >100k followers) do not qualify for refill protection or refunds.
Fraudulent actions, including unauthorized card usage, will lead to account termination with no exception. Additionally, simultaneous orders from multiple servers for the same page are discouraged, as they compromise service accuracy, for which refunds will not be issued.

1. Acceptance of Provisions
By engaging with our platform, you unequivocally accept and agree to be bound by the stipulations, covenants, and clauses herein, notwithstanding your comprehension of the intricacies or implications thereof.
2. Mandatory Configuration Adjustments
It is incumbent upon the user to deactivate or amend any configurational prerequisites necessary to facilitate the order fulfillment process. Failure to undertake these adjustments will preclude any eligibility for reimbursement, replacement, or redress under any circumstances.

As such, the user acknowledges the absence of any guarantee or warranty regarding the sustained functionality, longevity, or compliance of said services with any aforementioned corporate community standards or protocols.
4. Non-Liability for Platform-Specific Updates
Users are hereby apprised that any modifications, updates, or augmentations to the security, community policies, or algorithmic structures of third-party platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok) may precipitate an irreversible diminution or total attrition of followers or analogous metrics. In such instances, the platform assumes no responsibility, and no compensatory claims shall be entertained.
5. Inalterability of Service Parameters Following Username Modification
Alterations to usernames result in a concomitant modification of the user’s profile link, thereby rendering the profile imperceptible for future service replenishments. The user acknowledges that such modifications effectively void eligibility for refill or maintenance commitments under this agreement.
6. Implicit Agreement Upon Fund Allocation
The act of crediting monetary resources to the platform’s account is construed as implicit acquiescence to all prevailing Terms of Service. By such remittance, the user irrevocably affirms comprehension and acceptance of these conditions.
7. Irrevocability of Fund Deposits
All monetary deposits to the platform are deemed non-refundable, with the explicit expectation that users shall exhaust said funds solely within the purview of the services offered. Reimbursements or reversals are categorically proscribed under any circumstances.
8. Prohibition on Financial Reclamation Actions
By accepting these terms, the user renounces any prerogative to initiate monetary reclamation actions, including but not limited to INR chargebacks or PayPal disputes. Infringement of this prohibition will result in the immediate cessation of all services and may invoke legal redress, with the potential for punitive measures pursued to the fullest extent permissible by law.
9. Revocation of Privileges
We reserve unilateral prerogative to revoke, modify, or terminate access, services, or functionalities, in perpetuity or otherwise, under circumstances deemed necessary by the platform without requisite forewarning.
Refill Policy
1. Eligibility for Refill
If any delivered service drops after delivery, the customer is eligible for a refill of the dropped quantity, provided all conditions are met as outlined below.
2. Refill Processing Time
The refill process may require up to seven (7) calendar days to be completed, and no requests for expedited processing will be entertained.
3. Changes to Username or Link
Refills will not be provided if the username, link, or any associated identifier has been changed after the service was delivered.
4. Termination or Disabling of Accounts
No refill will be granted for accounts or profiles that are terminated, disabled, or deleted by the respective platform for any reason.
5. Impact of Platform Updates
In the event of platform updates or changes, which are beyond our control, dropped services will not be refilled. Customers acknowledge that such updates may affect service functionality.

● Accounts with pre-existing substantial engagement levels (e.g., 100k+ followers) prior to service initiation do not qualify for refill protections, even when refill options are selected.
